CNC Machining & Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication Our high-speed, state-of-the-art CNC milling and turning centers at RAH Industries support today’s requirements for superior quality and quick delivery schedule requirements. The latest CNC laser cutting, CNC turret punch, and CNC press brake equipment supports our precision sheet metal fabrication at RAH. Our expert machinists and sheet metal mechanics use their combined decades of experience to produce top-quality parts and assemblies on time and to your exact specifications. RAH Industries uses lean manufacturing techniques to minimize down time, ensure quick and accurate set-ups, and streamline workflow throughout the entire manufacturing process. With machining capabilities up to sixty-four inches and sheet metal capacities up to twelve feet, RAH is equipped to handle your most demanding precision fabrication requirements with unmatched quality and reliability.

Precision Tube Bending & Certified Welding / Brazing RAH Industries uses the latest technology to hot-form titanium and Inconel tubing, as well as aluminum, stainless steel, and most other alloys, ranging from .125” to 6.0” diameter. Our experienced, class “A” mechanics are experts in all types of tube bending, from simple to complicated compound bends. We support our tube bending operations with in-house pull-outs, flaring, beading, swaging, welding, and assembly of hardware and insulation materials. The welding department at RAH Industries uses state-of-the-art equipment for controlled environment, inert gas titanium welding, as well as for heli-arc aluminum welding for the aerospace industry. Our welders have many years of experience in a wide variety of materials including titanium, aluminum, Inconel, stainless steel, and all alloy groups. All customer approvals and welder certifications are current and maintained on file.

Orbital Welding Technology In our ongoing endeavor to maintain state-of-the-art technology at RAH Industries, we have recently installed an orbital welding machine in our precision welding department. This machine allows unprecedented control of the tube-welding process for a variety of materials and wall thicknesses. The work pieces remain stationary while the computer-controlled welding torch and filler wire orbits the tube and produces a perfectly consistent weld joint. “With orbital welding, we can control the penetration and overall quality of the tube-welding process to a degree that is just not possible with manual welding processes,” explains Gerry Quintal, general manager. Orbital welding is yet another example of our total commitment to quality through leading edge technology at RAH Industries.

Final Assembly & Quality Control The assembly department at RAH Industries is capable of much more than setting rivets and installing inserts. We provide a full-service assembly capability including ducting insulation, foil markers, adhesive bonding, complex part build-up, and critical-application swaging. All methods and procedures are customer-approved and exceed all industry standards. Non-Destructive Testing We have installed a state-of-the-art penetrant inspection line that meets all requirements of the top aerospace and commercial companies.
